Where can I purchase your products?
I don't have an online store because it's too hard to keep up with inventory. However, you can contact me any time to order items for pick up or shipment. Or if you are in the Norwalk, Ohio area you can see all my current in stock items by requesting a private viewing, hosting a viewing party, or visiting my booth at one of the shows I attend throughout the spring and summer seasons. How long does it take to make a custom photo jewelry product?
The first step will be for you to email me your photos. Once I have received your photos it will then take approximately 2-4 days to complete your product.
How long does it take to make a custom ribbon art or book art product?
Once we have discussed and finalized the design, materials, and colors you desire for your tote bag, handbag, backpack, or book art gift I will make sure I have all the materials and supplies needed to complete your custom design. This process can take approximately 1-3 days. Once all materials are on hand it will then take 1-2 weeks to complete the process of making your item.
Shipping and Handling for Jewelry
Shipping on all jewelry products is just $5.00 per order for regular shipping. (Items will come in clear bags.) Or have your items shipped in Gift Boxes for $8.00. (Each item will come in it's own charming gift box.) Items will be mailed via USPS. It normally takes approx. 3-5 business days depending on your location and holidays.
Shipping and Handling for Totes and Handbags
Shipping on all Totes, Handbags, and backpacks is just $8.95 per item and just $2.00 more per additional item. Items will be mailed via USPS. It normally takes approx. 3-5 business days depending on your location and holidays.
Shipping and Handling for Book Art
Due to the weight and size of some of the book art and the size of the boxes and the packing materials needed to insure your items arrive safely and undamaged shipping and handling is $12.95 per item. Items will be mailed via USPS. It normally takes approx. 3-5 business days depending on your location and holidays.
Where can I pick up my order?
You have a couple of choices. You can come to Norwalk and pick up your order directly from me. Or we can schedule a time to meet somewhere close to where you live if I am going to be in your area on a day when you want to pick it up. Just send me a text or email or give me a call to schedule a pick up that will work best for you!
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! You can purchase gift certificates in the amounts of $5, $10, $20, $25, and $50. You can purchase them in person or online & over the phone via Paypal and have them shipped to another person as a gift.
What is a hosted party?
You can host a viewing party by simply inviting friends and family over for your own party where I will bring my current product collection and allow them to browse and shop within your home. You would receive a percentage of the profits made from the party based on the number of people in attendance. 10% for 5-10 people (A minimum of 5), 20% for 11-20 people, 25% for 21-30 people, 30% for 31-40 people.
What is your Replacement or Refund Policy?
Should your item break within the first 14 days simply contact me to have it replaced or fixed free of charge. If it can not be replaced or fixed a refund will be granted.
